Why an outsourced webmaster?

There are many reasons to outsource you webmaster duties. The main reason most people do it is because it is cheaper than hiring somebody in-house. For most websites, there is just not enough work to keep a professional webmaster busy full time.

Why not hire some college kid part time?

In some situations, this may be the best option. But some sites, particularly sites with databases, shopping carts, or dynamic content are just better left to professionals. These days, websites are more than just a few pages pasted onto the net. They need back end programming to make shopping carts work, and to process dynamic content. It's better to have somebody with experience hacking around at your site's internals. However, if we think you would be better off with a cheaper webmaster, we will let you know.

What can we expect?

We will take ownership (not literally) of your entire website and treat it as if it was our own. If a problem arises, we will sort it out and fix it, usually without needing to bother you. If changes need to be made to the site, you just email them to us, and we'll do it. Small changes such as fixing typo's are usually done right away. Larger changes are done within a few days. As long as you don't go over your allotted monthly time, you don't have to worry about how much it will cost to make changes.

I don't like the way the pages that you manage look

All major graphics design work is outsourced. In most cases, you should already have a website before you'll have anything for us to manage. If you elect to have us build you one, we have a list of talented graphics designers that we use, or you can select your own. We will work with them to make sure your site looks the way you want it to. The look and content of the site is up to the customer, we just make it work.
