What is included

Hosting (if you are not hosted now)
Design/Redesign/Upgrades (the amount depends on the hours retained monthly)
Consultations and Advice
Daily monitoring of website availability
Reports and statistics for your site
Designing and upgrades that go beyond the retained time are billed at $100/hr, or $50/hr if you have a 6 month or more contract.
No additional work is taken that would interfere in your slot of time retained. Your 1 hour, to 8 hours per week, are scheduled in for you - thus you are retaining this time on a monthly basis just for your company.

Over the week or month, if more than the allotted time is needed, you can hire us for the per hour fee agreed upon, or move the work to the following week's retained time so you don't go above your retainer. In the event more time is needed, we will invoice you by the end of the month.
A website needs to be built before you retain us to become your webmaster. We can do it, you can do it, or we can subcontract it, but this is not included in the maintainence packages.
If you have a website, it must be web-efficient and professional. Your present designer can make modifications we recommend, or we can be hired to do so. Once it is working properly, we will keep it that way
Bandwidth quotas are generous, but in the event your site is getting too much traffic, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable amount for excess bandwidth. If you find yourself in this situation with a site that is bringing in money based on the ammount of visitors, you won't mind.

TIME - First a 3 month commitment is required. After that, 6 month and one year packages are available, each with different pricing. Renewal or Termination then requires notice on or before the 1st day of the 5th or 11th month. You can upgrade or downgrade from one retained time slot to another - providing that two months have passed since your last change, and providing we have the time upon your request.

PAYMENTS are made on the first of the month beginning the month you wish to begin the webmaster program. Payment for any additional time required during the previous month is due at this time. Payment is made by check or paypal.

If you wish to start mid month, then you must retain us for the remainder of the month you're in, plus the following month, then payments resume on the 1st of subsequent months. Three full months plus the pro-rated month are required.
Clients are responsible to give us all information they want on their sites. That includes photos, descriptions, pricing, etc... for all products and services they offer in a timely and organized manner. This means, photos, descriptions, pricing and other information sent as we request, so we can implement the job and save time in the process.
